"These guys are absolutely awesome! We had a cracked heat exchanger and it was dangerous to continue heating because of carbon monoxide leaking. The original duct work was all done incorrectly and caused the furnace (and A/C} to overwork. We had their representative, Danny come to our house one afternoon to give us a bid for heating, duct replacement, and air conditioning. Well, by the next morning we had we had a whole team of guys here and ready to start work on the job. I still don't know how they managed to pull it all together so fast! They had the new furnace, duct work and air conditioner all here and ready to be installed! These guys were all awesome. They worked so hard, and they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Total Comfort and their great team! We started our company with the intentions of providing a professional service experience to the customer; this “professional service” starts with the individual who takes the original incoming call from the customer, answering the call promptly, setting up the service call in a timely manner and then servicing the product when we said we would be there. It seems that this type of service experience was missing from our marketplace as we have since grown to 25 employees. Our company is also the only Nationally Certified Service Center in Minnesota. We specialize in the premium appliances as well as standard appliances. We strive to make sure that every customer is happy and that they want to tell their friends and family about our services.

Dani in the office was friendly and helpful and scheduled technician Justin to come out on a Saturday. He was pleasant, considerate, and professional. Justin replaced the compressor and installed a motherboard update. The fridge is working better now than when it was new. We are very pleased with the service provided by D&T, definitely recommend them, and would call again for any future appliance repairs."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
