Description of Work: Removed combination shower/tub and installed Onyx walk-in shower. Installed Onyx vanity top. Installation went smoothly. Workers were very professional, friendly, and cleaned up after work was completed. Project Manager helpful in making decisions.

Description of Work: Routinely did not respond to phone calls. Final work-product was poor and unhelpful. Quite disappointed.

Description of Work: TC Home Remodeling did a home energy audit as part of an Angie's List Big Deal. The audit included a home inspection and infrared camera testing. The audit provided some useful information and infrared photos that we may use to make improvements to our home's insulation in the future. We were told we'd have the results within a week of the auditor's visit and were disappointed when it took seven weeks and four phone calls to the company's marketing manager to get the results, but we did eventually get them, so are pleased that in the end we got what we paid for.

Description of Work: Employees of the company came out to our house and did a energy check of our house, looking for air leaks, etc. When they left they said they would call us/send us a report. Neither has happened. We think we have been scammed.

Description of Work: Twin Cities Home Remodelers were hired to update 2 bathrooms in my home. They replaced everything in the main bathroom, including floor and wall tile. At each phase of the project, I was notified ahead of time so I always knew what was being done and what to expect. Dave Stenson was great to work with. He offered as much or as little help as I wanted in selecting cabinets, tile, fixtures and all the details. He was great about making suggestions and steering me away from potential mistakes. Twin Cities Home Remodelers also updated the master bath at the same time with great results. Before the end of the project, I asked Dave to also replace the shower in the third bathroom and it was done within a few days. All materials were great quality, exactly what I wanted and the people who came into my house were very friendly, as well as highly qualified and professional.
