The remodel went very well. I was especially pleased with John, the project manager, who was very responsive to my many questions. All of the craftsmen did a fine job and were very professional and friendly. The work was done in a timely fashion and the price was good. I have recommended this company to others several times already.

When Will and I started this bath remodel, we knew our expectations may be a bit high. Will’s worked hard to upgrade this town home, and done much of the work himself—this project is one of our last, and he decided not to tackle it alone. Enter: Twin City Remodeling in the person of Joe. Here is what we discovered. Ownership: Experienced; dedicated to the vision for the company; trusts and affirms his team; forthright. Sales: Low key presentation; knowledgeable; good listening skills; thorough estimate; straight forward pricing; timely follow through. Project management: Good core planning and inside staff to make it possible; agile; flexible task assignment; thoughtful; consistent communication across team; tenacious follow-up on details; patient; tactful; dedicated to furthering the firms goals. Remodel Team: High quality people who are also high quality tradesmen. Organized; careful; experienced; efficient; professional; creative; artistic; dedicated; committed to doing more than a good job …and they really know how to do a lot of stuff! Design: Great support on colors and details! Little things like mirror placement; shower door height, the color of ‘white’, and construction options make the difference between good and great.

We clicked with the owner of TCHR immediately and with all of the employees at TCHR. Very, very responsive. The took into consideration that we had no other shower/bathtub and worked diligently to make sure we were not "outed" too long.

Joe and his crew arrived on time and as planned, and did an exceptional job of replacing our windows and doors. They did a great job of cleaning up each day and completed everything very quickly.

Overall I am extremely satisfied and our bathroom is beautiful. It took about 8 weeks to complete the project, which was within the time frame that they estimated. The cost was slightly higher than estimated, but that was because we picked out finishes that were higher than the estimate. At the end of the project, we were provided with a detailed list of where we were over budget or under budget. We made sure that we were always available for any decisions that needed to be made, and made sure that we were inspecting it regularly. They were super responsive anytime we had any questions or needed something done differently. They were wonderful to work with and responded to every email and/or phone call. I will definitely hire them again for our next project.

Joe and his team show up when they say they will and get the job done. Communications by phone, email and text were very good. They were careful with my belongings, cleaned up every day and left the place in good order. Add on work was quickly quoted and completed. I feel all of Joe's pricing is very fair and there were no surprises in the final bill. What more could you ask for? I hope to have them remodel the master bath next. Thanks Joe and team!

Joe was great! He came out and inspected the work to be done, took pictures and provided us with an estimate right away. I just went on the website and picked the door I wanted and the colors I wanted. Took about 2 weeks to get the door in and they had it installed super quickly. They even put new woodwork around the door. We also had gutters put on the house and that was installed super fast as well. We had a rather small job and they were able to squeeze us in. Was a great experience and if we need any other home remodeling projects completed we will be sure to call Joe and his team!

Everyone we worked with on his construction team (John, Jack, Dean, among others) were great people to work with. They were friendly, punctual and even though the project took a little longer than we expected, we did not feel that there were any long or unnecessary delays. They hauled construction waste away during the construction in a timely fashion - (we decided to store it in our garage in manageable amounts to avoid a dumpster in our driveway.) We had a significant amount of our basement concrete floor cut up and removed since the new bathroom was on the opposite end of the house from our sewer access. The one glitch we experienced was that the crew forgot to turn off the furnace fan and we had concrete dust throughout the entire house. Joe responded by hiring a cleaning service to clean and dust the entire house. This was a big help. While dust continued to filter through the house throughout the project this was due at least in part because we decided that it made the most sense to us to wait to have the duct work cleaned until after the entire project was over.) Some initial plans for the layout of the bathroom were modified in response to inspectors questions and concerns. And these changes were always met by everyone with positive energy and with a desire to have the best possible outcome. Jack also recommended, since the ceiling was going to be lower than expected over the shower, that we consider adding tile over the shower as a long term moister barrier and we agreed to make this change, and appreciated his thoughtfulness. As projects go, we ended up asking to also add "knock down" plaster to our family room walls above our wanes coating and this was done as well. We had very positive results with this as well by their subcontractors. We are very pleased with the results,

The guy is apparently a sculptor and he did a fantastic job. The finish is excellent.

It all went great. The quality of the work was excellent. All of the workers were professional, punctual and friendly. Many even went out of their way to improve upon some projects and customize things to enhance our space. They have transformed our home into a beautiful gem that we are so thrilled with. Joe, the owner, was very responsive and never hard to reach. He returned all calls promptly, kept his word on everything and always followed through. Roxy, the interior designer, was very helpful with the decision making and has an excellent eye for color and style. Best of all she is as sweet as can be. I also appreciated the fact that I was given lots of choices about selections, and the necessary information I needed so as not to "over spend' on unneeded or overprices things. Problems popped up during the process, as one would expect, due to pre-existing issues with the home which was built in the late 70s. Also, our basement flooded because of an old pipe. But TCHR was very responsive and always worked with us to resolve these issues.

Twin City Home Remodeling LLC did a fantastic job. I received quotes from 3 companies and although they were not the least expensive (within a few hundred), I felt the most comfortable with them and their knowledge of what needed to be done. Joe, Ken and Jack did a great job on keeping me updated on the status. They also worked to make sure that there was little disruption throughout the project. We are very happy with the final result!

Excellent. The project took over a year and a half to complete, as the major part was outdoor reconstruction and needed to be on hold while redesign plans were confirmed and contractors became available during the summer months. I love everything they did. All the contractors were top notch.

Joe's was true to his word for all that he offered and even beyond. There was some question about part of the service that, even though it was not stated on the contract, Joe took care of it, with hardly a question. It was obvious to us, that our satisfaction was his first priority. Because we were only replacing six windows, we wanted a very close match to the existing windows, both on the inside and the outside. Both the windows (Sheffield Windows from Alside, Akron Ohio) and the overall installation, made this happen! All of Joe's installers were respectful, friendly and definitely professionals with attention to details. Our windows are beautiful and my wife and I are very happy with the windows and the service we got from Joe and Twin Cities Home Remodeling.

It went smoothly from start to finish. We've had Twin Cities Home Remodeling do work for us in the past, so when a hail storm came through, we called them to see if we would need work done. They worked with our insurance company, met with the adjuster, and helped us get the work done. The completed the roof quickly and well. The windows took longer, but that is merely because the windows we selected had to be made. After they arrived, it wasn't very long before they were all in. We are very happy with their work and would hire them again. In fact, we have two final windows that need to be replaced - once we've saved up enough, we will hire them for the job.

From start to finish, owner Joe Nelson was available and responsive if we needed him. The bathroom looks exactly like we had it in our imaginations: quality of work is excellent and every worker they sent was professional, tidy, and polite. The star of the project was Jack, who did most of the work. He is a detail oriented hard worker who asked smart questions at key junctures--his recommendations made our project better. We love our beautiful new bathroom and are pleased anew every time we set foot in it.

We are very pleased with the new patio door. It blends well with the exterior and interior of our late 1800s home.

Amazing work by true craftsmen! We could not be happier with the window replacements for our home. Punctual, quick response time, flawless installation. We will definitely hire this firm again! A+ work all around!
