I never write reviews unless they are very bad or very good. My experience with Erik and his crew was a VERY good experience. My father passed away and I needed to clean out his garage full of lots of years saving "junk". I called Erik for an estimate at 5:00 pm and he was at the house by 7:00 sharp, just as promised within only 2 hours of my initial call. I was only expecting an estimate and Erik offered to provide his service immediately. A garage full of junk was clean as a whistle in less than an hour. I observed their work in progress and was very impressed how well they worked together as a team of four. As they were working, one of the crew members stopped as she was sweeping the debris to pick up two pictures in the pile of rubble. She walked them over to me politely and said, "Here you go." After I thanked her, I will never forget how she made me feel. She took the time to personalize the service provided and did not let those pictures get lost in the all the junk. WOW! An angel in disguise. After the job was done, I told Erik the story, which touched his heart, too. I provided a small tip and asked that he give it to his crew member. He graciously thanked me and replied, "I will. It will serve as a good example to the others." WOW, again! Erik is not only a good business man, he leads by example. I waited for his truck to leave before I headed on my way out, but it took a while for him to leave. I soon discovered why. As I was peeking out the door to see if they were gone, the truck door opened up and out came the woman who had given me the pictures. She ran back to my door and said, "Thank you so much! I want to hug you, but I'm dirty and I'm so sorry for your loss." We hugged and she ran back to the truck. After they drove off I thought to myself what a terrific night I'd had - just getting rid of junk! I'll never forget how Erik and his crew made a tough time for me just a little easier.

Erick and his partner were very efficient and did a great job cleaning out our garage. The price was fair and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family. The next time we need things hauled away they will be our first choice.
