Same day service, price reasonable

Saturday evening I entered a request for an 8:00 AM pick up on Tues - was just a headboard and bed frame. About an hour later I received a call from Eric and he said he could pick it up on about 20 minutes if it was ready. It was. He arrived shortly after and picked it up. Didn't have to go into work late on Monday waiting for a pick up. SUPER!! Definitely recommend!

Eric was very professional. He went beyond picking up an removing the branches. He swept and racked afterwards. He took a very simple project and went above and beyond.

Too high in price. He is a charming, hard negotiator. Many before him refused to do the job, including your other recommendation, who didn't get back to us. The job entailed knocking down 70-80 feet of a rotten privacy fence. We agreed on the price, but when they finished, he wanted more money. Later I found they only removed some of the concrete. I was also misled, not entirely by him, that his costs at the dump would be high. They were a tiny fraction of the cost. I have tried for several weeks now, to get a receipt. He doesn't respond at all. He gets higher marks for coming to bid the job when many have not, and part of the appeal is that he is ready to do it on the spot. Very wealthy folks would probably welcome this fellow.

I first called to get a ballpark quote (sight unseen) for removing some furniture items. Eric would have come out the same day I called, but I wasn't ready! He arrived on the date/time window we scheduled. The total price for service was almost exactly the rough estimate he had given to me over the phone. His rates were comparable to other service providers I had received quotes from. Eric and his assistant were both polite, cleanly and appropriately dressed for their profession - no rag-tag anything. His truck and trailer were equally clean and well-marked (signage.) 20 minutes after visually inspecting the items for removal and confirming the price, and the job was done! They were fast, efficient, yet courteous of their surroundings, non-intrusive, and worked cleanly. I have to say, Eric is a big man with a big smile to go with that big voice and big laugh he has over the phone; he could be in movies. (Not to date myself, but I was reminded of the spokesman for the 7-Up "Un-Cola" commercials, if anybody remembers back in the day...)

Others should know that the work was superior and he beat the prices on 5 others that I checked with
