If I could leave a Zero rating I would! I had an appointment this morning for removal of some old furniture. About 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment when I had not heard from anyone I called and the driver said he was glad I called because he didn't have my address or phone number. I asked why not since it was in my online request and I had received an email confirmation with the correct information. He told he he had forgotten to get the information online before heading out for jobs and said he could be here two hours after my scheduled appointment which did not work for me. I have new furniture coming and was counting on this company to remove the old furniture ahead of time. Very frustrating!

Eric and John cleaned out a basement and garage from a house which I was caring for. Items included furniture, paint cans, old wood and insulation, electronics - you name it, we had it! Structures were emptied of absolutely everything. Efficient workers. Will recommend this company to others who need to clean out areas.
