There were 4 people who worked very hard for about 9 hours. At the last minute, I asked them to remove about 500 sq ft of carpet and carpet padding. Unfortunately they didn't remove all the staples. This was the only negative.

They really go the extra mile.

Fantastic service, we didn t know what to do with all the junk from over the year, and they came and loaded it all up, and took it away in just under an hour, such a blessing to have all that off our shoulders before my Mom moves out of the state.

Erik did a wonderful job with the process. He got everything done in less then 5 minutes! No issues, they seem like great professionals. He is a good man with great character! These guys were great. I didn't expect them to come and remove my junk the same day I called. But they did. They took every class of "junk" from electronics, stuffed furniture, old organ and big TV and 15 pieces of other smaller misc. The quote was in the range I expected and I tipped them in addition. They weren't afraid to move stuff through a snowy yard and up outside steps. The big pieces came from the basement. Eric is great to deal with and has a can do attitude. I've had haulers arrive and decide they can't take everything. This guy (s) got the whole job done in less than an hour.

Eric was late multiple times and was dishonest with pricing. He looked at everything that needed to be removed and raised the price in the middle of the job 3 times. We would have gone with another company if we had known he was going to conduct business dishonestly. Seemed very friendly at first but then took advantage of us and our situation. Would not recommend.
