I had to have a treadmill, heavy exercise equipment, a heavy coffee table, and a love seat removed from my basement. This was heavy stuff that had to be carried up 14 steps. Erik and Frank were absolutely incredible and did the job without any damage to anything. I have never had such wonderful customer service. The job was done efficiently and promptly. Despite a pending snowstorm, they did the job which was to pick up (in various locations in the Twin Cities) a couch and two chairs, brought them to my apartment and took out the old to dispose of. They were WONDERFUL! Kind, patient, efficient, and reasonably priced. They even stayed to make sure the new hide-a-bed worked. I'm a senior and they were so kind and respectful. Not only would I hire them again, I would adopt them as my children! Thank you, Eric!!!!
