+ -1 moreThe technician arrived promptly and I explained the situation. He treated the inside and outside of the southwest corner of the house where the problem was and it was very effective. He wanted to treat more of the inside of the house, but I wanted to keep that to a minimum as much as possible. He also wanted to treat the entire outside perimeter of the house, but I turned that down because of what I thought would be extra expense. In hindsight, I may have misunderstood the price, which leads to my only complaint, which is that the extent of the service covered by the price was not explained to me. I assumed the price was for the specific area that I wanted treated and that anything else was extra, but now I am not sure what the price actually covered.

Description of Work: I spoke with the owner Mike Cogan and he told me what he was fairly certain the problem was, then recommended a course of action. And it worked great. I will call them again the the future not because he didn't charge me but because he gave me good advice and I would be happy to pay for his expertise. I have had others recommend Be There Pest Control who were also very pleased with their outcome. Great Experience.

Description of Work: Sprayed all around the house and nearby shrubs and trees for carpenter ants. They come twice a year (in spring and fall)and we have contracted with them for nearly ten years. A residual benefit is that we get very few other ants or bugs in the house as well.

Description of Work: We've used Be There a few different times to deal with creepy crawlies around the house -- from ants to yellow jackets. They are quick to respond and the problem has always been solved with one trip.
