The service went okay. They completed the project as scheduled. The salesmen did a very good job at selling me the new roof. They did a terrible job with the gutters. The material was poor. They ended up firing the sub contractor who did the gutters. I think that is a testament to how they run their business and I appreciate that. The gutters still leak to this day. Another concern I had was that there is leak in the roof where they installed a vent. They were kind enough to come back out to repair that part of the roof. The only person I have been in contact with is the sales person. I would give him credit for trying to take care of my needs. The office does not respond to my requests. I am happy with the roofing but displeased with the gutters.

Jay B. was my initial contact and account manager. Jay was responsive, prompt and more than easy to work with. He was great to work with. The Crew Chief, Manny was extremely knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer he would get it right away. His crew was fast and did quality work. We upgraded our roof to a very nice shingle that was not a standard color for the suppliers and Storm Pro went out of their way to get this shingle for us. Early this year, with the huge amounts of snow that we received, they contacted me to warn me of ice dams and that they had noticed snow coverage on my roof that should be removed so I asked and they came out and removed the critical snow areas for us. I would and do recommend these guys to everyone who asks and they will be who I call first always.

They did an excellent job the entire way through the process from estimation, materials sourcing (we wanted a specific product that wasn't normally stocked in our region), pricing, and work performed! We were so pleased that we will be seeking estimates from them for other exterior upgrades we are planning. Jay was our contact and and foreman. He is friendly, courteous, experienced and an overall professional. The bottom line is that our roof is beautiful, professionally done and we would hire them again.

The price was average. They did a good job on the roof, but they need to improve on their communication.

Storm Pro did a very nice job. The siding and roof make the house look brand new. They did a nice job negotiating with the insurance company to get everything replace that was damaged. They were able to recover well over $1,000 of damage the insurance company missed.

Great! The house looks 10x's more beautiful and the workmanship looks clean and very professionally done.
