Description of Work: They came out on Sunday morning to fix plugged floor drain. We were very happy with quick response, service man called to confirm appt, and updated us when he would arrive!

Description of Work: I had a leak in my pipe they had to chop out the cement on the floor they came out 1 day & fixed the pipe, & came back to 2 weeks to cement over the pipe. They did a very good job

Description of Work: I had a blocked kithcen drain. Tried a gallon of Drano but no luck. Checked Angie's List as always, then called SOS Drain and Sewer to get help. Jeff, the owner, answered the phone himself and said he would stop by that night after his last job (Saturday night) to evaluate the situation and then we would go from there. He stopped by as promised and took a thorough look at the situation, then concluded my drain was most likely frozen due to its proximity to the outside wall, the wall temperature (from feeling it), the long period of extreme cold weather we've been having, etc, etc. HE REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF! He said he would be willing to come back the next day (Sunday) if I wanted. He had just finished an earlier job and needed different tools to fix a frozen drain than what he had in his truck. He then told me how I could fix it myself (a few "tricks of the trade") and said if I tried that, I could save several hundred dollars. I did exactly what he told me and it worked great! Bottom line is Jeff was very responsive, extremely helpful, extremely professional, and told me a frozen drain trade secret that allowed me to fix the problem myself...ALL AT NO CHARGE! SOS Drain and Sewer is awesome beyond description! They are the nicest, most professional, HELPFUL business I have ever come in contact with! I know this reads like I'm related to this guy or something, but I had never even met him before this Saturday or had never done business with SOS before in my life. Believe me, I sure will from now on! Your "A" rating is well deserved. It should be a "A+++++"! THANKS JEFF!! YOU ARE AWESOME! MY DRAIN IS CLEAR AND I'M "BACK IN BUSINESS"!!! WOOOHOOO!!! :-)

Description of Work: We have called SOS two different times , one time for drain cleaning and another time for main line sewer cleanout. Both times they arrived when they said they would, performed successfully and we felt they were reasonable priced. We would definitely call them if we need their services in the future.

Description of Work: Drain began to back up in the evening. Called SOS and made an appointment for the next morning. Service person came early as there was a cancellation. Main Erin cleaned. Everything was explained thoroughly.

Description of Work: We had a clog in our main sewer line to the street. Company #1 came out, worked on the line for 5 hrs, got their snake stuck, charged me $99 and left, leaving me with their snake still in my drain. The next day company #1 came back and fed their camera into the line full of water, couldn't see anything and told me sorry but you are on your own. After checking the list again, we decided to give SOS a try. Marty came out and within 15 minutes removed the snake company #1 had left behind. Marty was able to run his snake all the way to the cities sewer hookup and also unclogged the floor drain in the basement. The basement was a mess from the drain issues before Marty arrived, but you would never have known once he had completed his work. Thanks SOS!!!

Description of Work: Our tech was Adam. Very efficient and knowledgeable. We had a maintenance cleaning so there was no actual drain stoppage. Adam said he ran into some roots but they cleaned out nicely.

Description of Work: I called SOS because I wanted to get help with a sewer gas smell we have in our home. The person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, asked me many questions to try to diagnose the problem, then referred me to another plumber who he thought could help since the problem didn't require drain cleaning. I greatly appreciated this help and would certainly call SOS if I needed their services.

Description of Work: Drain backed up in basement--super gross. Called and Jeff called me back in less than 15 minutes. Randy came out soon after and fixed the drain efficiently and it did not cost a fortune. Would definitely call SOS again for future issues!

Description of Work: Had a sluggish drain, called SOS. Randy came out the same day, unstopped it, checked other drains, explained why service was not needed on them and how to open the drain stopper. He also cleaned the main drain to the street. He listened to me, responded appropriately, cleaned up, and was genuinely one of those "good people" you love to have take care of a problem.

Description of Work: Had a nasty drain back up in our basement laundry room on a Sunday night. Called this service because we found them here and they called back immediately and were out in an hour. Marty was great and cleared the problem up in no time. He was up front about charges and we felt they were reasonable. The rate for after hours service was only $50 and that was worth it to us!

Description of Work: Floor drain in laundry room was backing up. Before I could talk to my husband, he had called Roto Rooter, but I checked Angie's List and called SOS and explained what was going on. The Roto Rooter guy left an estimate of $265 for the first 2 hours, and said we needed to clean the drain out to the street. Randy came soon after, took a look, said it WASN'T the main drain. He cleaned the floor drain from the laundry to the main drain, tested it, and was done in less than 1/2 hour. Very friendly, efficient, and even fixed a running toilet on the way out! No doubt I will call them again is the need arises.

Description of Work: checked four drains and cleared two of them. Lots of effort involved in getting the tub drained. He was polite, clean and on time. The bill was what they said it would be.
