Description of Work: Called SOS in the morning and they were at our house in the afternoon. Timely, professional, friendly, and fairly priced. We'll be telling our friends to use them in the future.

Description of Work: My sewer backed up on New Years day. I called SOS and got a prompt call back. I suspected a main line clean out was needed. We have a long run and it is expensive to have it cleaned. The service call was scheduled for a later date to save on emergency call out charges since the back up had gone down. The Technician, Marty, fully explained the charges, based on my estimation of the problem, including the veteran's discount. We mutually rescheduled a couple of times, and Marty arrived promptly as scheduled. He evaluated the situation and suggested the problem was elsewhere in my system, not the more expensive main line clean out. He clarified the prices for that type of clean out, and what would need to be done if what he suggested did not fix the situation. I chose the less expensive procedure to start with. It fixed the problem at less than 1/2 the price for the originally contemplated work. Marty was neat, respectful, clean and did a very good job. When finished, there was no indication that he had even been here, EXCEPT the drain lines did not back up. I recommend SOS and will call them when I need service again.

Everyone was so courteous, friendly, professional , and very punctual. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I'm a board member at the townhouse I live in and I will definitely be sharing this companies name...Thanks again for a job well done...AAAA

Description of Work: I have SOS out a few times - they are the best - of all the service I have had done in my house they are the best. Prompt, honest and respectful. Jeff cleaned the main drain and from laundry out to the main drain.

Description of Work: Snaked a 2 1/2 inch drain.
