The service went really well, he was very tidy and very reasonable. He does a good job, thorough work in getting the leaves out of the gutter.

Very good. Mike came out and cleaned the section of the roof that needed cleaning in an hour. Reasonable price too.

His work was excellent, the house looks brand new. I was amazed at how clean he was able to get the gutters and facia, they were stained with mold/mildew. I wasn't home when the work was done but a neighbor commented to me a few days later at how impressed she was by him and how diligently he was working on my house. It showed.

I found Mike through Angie's List, which was in itself an excellent reason to be a member. My deck was falling apart, and a hail storm had pock marked it so badly I was convinced I would need to tear it down and have a new deck built. And then Mike Power washed it. I was stunned. I didn't think that old deck could get so clean. In every way that matters, Mike was meticulous - and in every way what you hope to find in a professional person. After the deck was clean, Mike stained it, working with paint brushes, and not missing a single area. It had been my experience in the past that this process had been accomplished by dumping stain on a deck and spreading it around with a flat mop. Mike, on the other hand, working methodically and with great artistry, took almost a full day to be certain the stain was spread so evenly and carefully, that I could hardly believe it was the same deck. It looks brand new. He did SUCH a good job, was reasonably priced, and his work was so good, I cannot imagine why anyone would ever use anyone else to clean and stain their deck. I certainly wouldn't. It doesn't get better than this. I was so impressed that I called my roofer and strongly recommended Mike's Power Wash to him. Roofers are often asked for recommendations. He was delighted to get mine. If it could be graded higher than an A, it would be. I believe Mike has more than earned a Super Service award.

We are extremely pleased with Mike's service on our deck. We have had another company do the same thing for several years, but this year they were very hard to contact and didn't return my phone messages for several weeks. I looked on Angie's list and saw Mike's information. I called and he came out the same day for an estimate! Now that's prompt service!! He was very meticulous in the power washing and got off almost all of the old stain which the other people had never even come close. When he was staining, again he took lots of time and it looks fantastic! We couldn't be happier! In addition, he was friendly, listened to our thoughts and wishes, and was very professional.

Mike did an amazing job. We have had other companies perform the same job in years past and by far, Mike's work is the best. We have used Mike in the past for other services so I'm not surprised just how great it came out. Mike is a true professional and takes pride in his work and it shows. Do not hesitate to call him, you will be HAPPY!!!

It was fine. He did not follow up after the service to assess what he did. Other than that, he was in and out and we could not even tell he was there. He called right away and had it set up.

Absolutely everything was excellent. In the winter he melted the ice dams, and the house and deck were done exceptionally well. The only reason I gave a B in quality was because I would have liked him to do a second coat on the deck. In fairness, however, I didn't share that with him, and I realized the weather had become too cold to effectively use the product. The next time I will share that more quickly.

Great communication and execution of the job! - Was able to get a quick bid on wash & stain job for our deck, also was able to use same stain as previously used on deck - Was told as soon as the weather improves he could start the job, did not have to follow up on this, as soon as weather improved he contacted us and started the job - Deck looked great even after he did the washing part - Deck looks fantastic now with new stain!

He was very nice, knew what he was talking about. He did a great job! I called him and same day he came out. He called when he was leaving and was at my house when he said he would be. His estimated time was about what he spent on our house (actually he ended up spending a little less at our house than what he estimated). He told us he would need water access and electrical. He was able to connect to water in our laundry room and electrical In our garage. One he was done he shoveled our walkways and put salt down as well.

Mike removed 4 coats of paint from our outside deck(10' by 14' in about 6.5 hours and stained it with a natural stain which looks outstanding. He also did the clean work necessary to finish the job. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Mike to our friends.

I emailed through Angies list and received a prompt response and time for an estimate. I wasn't home at the time the estimate was made, but when I received it, I emailed back (it was later in the evening) and received a response the next day. Everything was done on time and very well. Other than the wonderfully clean gutters, you would never have known they were there! I scheduled fall service as well!!!

Mike was polite, professional, and responsive. I left him a message and he returned my call promptly. He did a nice job. I thought the price was reasonable too. (Very sorry for the delayed review.)

Mike pressured washed the gutters, downspots and roof eave for a 5,000 sq ft home, one side as high as 30 ft. The gutters wwere installed 7 years ago and had never been washed. They had dirt and mold. After Mike pressure washed they look brand new - I wasn't home when Mike came and he left the place completely clean and organized.

I called Mike and told him that I do not leave at the house and he was supposed to go and do the cleaning and send me an update email to confirm that he performed the cleaning and let me know if anything else needed to be done but he never sent the email or contacted me after the cleaning. I assume the cleaning was done but I never heard back from him.

I called Mike on Friday at 5:30 pm and was very happy he answered his business phone. I had water leaking into my house. We chatted about it and I emailed him some photo's of the house while on the phone. He agreed to come out at 10 am Saturday. Very nice guy and he was very professional and honest. The price was more than fair for work on a Saturday morning. Thanks Mike!
