Gary came at the set time and cleared out the clog in the drain. Works great now.

Gary looked at my proposed solution and agreed that digging a new drain system would be very costly.He suggested that instead, I keep the current laundry room by re-routing the dryer vent through the garage to a closer exterior wall. After examining the pluses and minuses of these options, I agreed that this was the best solution. Gary also explained what work I could do myself, and what would require a professional, saving me a significant amount.

Gary answered right away and discussed the situation. He was calm, competent and recommeded an approach that did not make him any money! You can bet when I do need to spend money on a plumber, Gary will get my business!!!

It went very well overall. Gary had come out on an earlier day but could not find out where the water was coming from, so did not charge me for the visit. The second time I started up the shower before he came out so there was dripping into the basement by the time he got there. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it quickly, too. I thought the price he charged was very reasonable.

We're new homeowners, and had the unfortunate pleasure of experiencing a backup of our sewer lateral. I called Gary and he came out promptly, even arrived early to the appointment. After trying to snake out the clog from inside the house, it became clear that the clog was likely in the sewer lateral. That's when the fun began! I knew there was a cleanout somewhere in the front yard, but it was buried under two feet of snow. After an hour or two of hard work digging snow -- including time spent for Gary to run over to the rent-a-center to rent a metal detector (the cleanout cover is brass) -- he found the cleanout and was able to get the clog cleared. I agreed to have the lateral video inspected, and that's when we found out the real problem -- tree roots! Well, visions of backhoes and significant four-figure numbers danced in my head! But Gary told me not to panic. He came back about a week later (again, on time to the appointment) with a pretty cool tool, a new water jetter called a "warthog". After a couple more hours, including a no-charge follow-up video inspection, my sewer lateral went from full of roots to clean-as-a-whistle. Some additional maintenance will be necessary (e.g. yearly treatment of the lateral with an aquatic herbicide), but it's likely I won't need to replace the sewer line. Throughout the whole ordeal, Gary was friendly and professional, willing to answer all my questions, and his experience was readily apparent, definitely helping me remain calm during a stressful situation. He has definitely earned a life-long customer -- although hopefully I won't need him again for quite some time!

CALLED THEM AND HE WAS THERE IN ABOUT TWO HOURS. Cleared THE BLOCKAGE. LEFT EVERYTHING IN A CLEAN AND ORDERLY CONDITION.
