Great. Scott had useful opinions on how we should complete the tasks we needed done. He got them done in good time, and he worked hard. We needed to buy a bunch of materials for the deck and he made an order list at Home Depot and I called and completed the order and paid for it. Charges by the hour, regardless of activity. Pleasant to work with.

Fixed my wrong door which wouldn't shut properly and was pulling out of the wall, fixed my deck glass door which was pulling out of the wall and the latch wouldn't close because it was misaligned, fixed the seal on my garage door, fixed a shelf in my closet that had pulled out of the wall, fixed a sliding screen door in my back walkout that wouldn't open and close, he also climbed up a ladder to a balcony and vaccines a bunch of dead bugs up for us because our ladder didn't reach. His skill level and knowledge is so high that it costs less to use him because he works so efficiently and knows how to fix things for cheap. Best handy man I have ever used.

I had Scott do other work for me in another house and had told him I was going to have him install a backsplash after I ordered tile, got it in and he had time. I was in no rush. I let him know when I had all the supplies and tile and he kept me updated as to when. On Wednesday, the 30th he texted me he needed to work inside because of weather and could he come the next day. Never having seen the stacked stone I was going to put up he came in and assessed the space, the stone which was in 6" x 24" sheets and went to work. We had to make a few decisions along the way as to outlets and outlet covers, etc. He spent time near the end piecing the edges of sheets to meet the door frame and did a beautiful job. He also took time to shave down the edges of the stone so the outlet covers would sit flush. It looks wonderful. I had to make a trip to Home depot for spacers and the tile store for different outlet covers because I bought the wrong ones, but it all came together. He is on my permanent list of go to guys.

Scott worked very quickly and professionally. We called him to arrange for an appointment and he was able to schedule the job about a week later to meet our schedule. We will be using him in the future for any maintenance needs and some smaller remodeling projects that we have planned.

Scott is the owner of his service and has done all the repairs himself. We learned of him through the Angie's referral line. When I called him for information he told me that he charges a flat hourly rate. I explained that we needed repairs done on our home to prepare it for showings. He gave us a time frame of when he would next be available. We set up a date and time. The next day he called and said he had a cancellation and asked if we would like him to start the work early. We had a list of things we needed done. A couple of the items we needed were large and needed to be picked up. Scott said that he would stop and pick up those items and haul them in his truck back to our house. He worked fast and cleaned up each area after he was done. He was able to make suggestions on the best way to repair things while staying in our budget. The work he did was very professionally done. After our Realtor came through he gave us another list of suggestions to upgrade our house. We had been so pleased with the work from the week before we asked Scott to return to help us with the additional items. Once again we got the same great service that we had seen before. I would not hesitate to call him out for any thing else that would come up before our home sells. My only regret is that we are moving out of state and I don't think Scott will be willing to "visit" us in our new home! .

Scott is fantastic! He is extremely responsive and very good at what he does. He gave us options and approximate costs to help us determine what path we wanted to take to fix the ceiling. We were on a tight timeline and he was able to work us into his schedule. His pricing is more than fair and we will have him back out again to do more work in the future.

Scott was extremely friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, and eager to succeed. His work was completed swiftly but with attention to detail. I'd be happy to recommend Scott to any of my friends and I plan on hiring him again for future projects around my home.

Scott came over and went through my list. He was busy and could not do the job for about a month or so which was fine with me. He contacted me earlier than I expected and was ready to begin work on my list. He finished promptly. Communicated with me regularly via text or email if I wasn't around. Very respectful. I was pleased with his work. He's great to have around, and I will definitely have him help me in the future.

we were very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work done in our kitchen. We had an old built in refrigerator removed but the cabinet needed trimming to fit the new appliance. It was not a simple task but the wood was cut to size and remounted beautifully. You can't tell we had to have any work done. This was our first time using Duneman Services and we will continue to call him for other home repair needs.

Scott did a great job patching the base of a cement step that separated from the sidewalk. The entire width of the step was patched, looks great. Scott did a great job in a timely manner at a fair price.

Scott was very prompt in response and scheduling. He was very busy but fit me in while being flexible with my schedule and kept me informed of his arrival times, etc. I appreciated his quick work, that was done very well, and his friendly, professional manner. He also gave me good, honest opinions on other potential projects. I highly recommend using Scott!

My rating was not based on availability/timeline. Records reflect that I stated my repairs could wait and that I would be happy to hear from Mr. Duneman when he had time. Rating is based on initial response "perhaps I'll be able to help the future". An indefinite response with no indication of estimated availability. It was not until I asked Mr. Duneman if he would rather not do the work I needed done that he replied "I tend to leave the roof work to the young guys". Had Mr. Duneman indicated in his business profile or in his initial response that he would rather not perform work that involves roofs, he would have received a better rating.

I called Scott today at about 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. He was on his way to another appointment but said if I texted him my contact info. he would stop by on his way home. He arrived here about 4:30 pm and within 30 min. he got the door open for me. He will be coming back to install a new door knob for me. Scott was very responsive, pleasant and professional. I will definitely keep his card on hand.

Scott did an excellent job replacing several cedar siding boards, adding metal flashing, foam insulating, repainting, and repairing a concrete front step. We've hired Scott for multiple home projects because he is a good guy and always does quality work.

Scott showed up when he said he would and immediately started working as I explained the issues. He had my front door removed as well as some of the door frame before I had even explained the list of items. Very efficient worker! His works is very high quality. My basement door now closes like it was just installed. I have Scott in my contacts and will be using him for all future work! Besides the work done. Scott is very friendly, he explains what he plans to do and never made me feel dumb for asking all the questions I had. Great guy to have available for those jobs that you need done.

Scott was super friendly,outgoing, and has a great personality! He came out to our house twice. He went above and beyond and found a leaky pipe that my wife and I didn't notice and fixed it before it turned into a huge flood in our basement that could of cost us thousands. Overall great experience and would use Scott again and again.

Scott got us on his schedule and finished the job in the time we wanted. He is coming back to do a tile back-splash for us because his professionalism and get'er done attitude is fantastic.
