+ 0 moreWe were unsure what would be the best-functioning and most economical way to get heat into the lower level family room. Tom Donahue laid out the pros and cons of a couple options and was very helpful. It was great that they could do the heating job and take care of some minor plumbing things as well. Great to work with, reasonable pricing.
Description of Work: They added ductwork to provide heat and return air to a lower level family room. It involved going through block walls. They also corrected the venting from a water heater that had backdraft issues. In addition, they did several minor plumbing repairs of leaks and failing seals in basement plumbing of a 1926 home. Tom brought enough of a crew to get it all done in half a day.

+ 0 moreWent very well overall. He was able to help us within 24 hours of calling him. Very polite gentleman.
Description of Work: We had a rubber dog toy go down a drain and completely plug it up. We had tried to "snake" it, hook it, but to no avail. Mr. Donahue and his assistant came out early in the morning and took care of our drain within a few minutes. I know he had four other clients to take care of that day, it was hot and he had four other air conditioners to fix for other people. I am glad he could squeeze us into his busy day and take care of us so promptly. He drives around an old classic truck which is just cool.
