There isn't much he can improve on. If there is ever a problem, he will check it out and respond within 48 hours.

He lives two blocks from us and he will be doing our yard again this year. The guy is really good and his prices are reasonable. I have a lot of gardens and plants and I was actually afraid that he might spray some of the lawn treatment on our plants, but he never does. He's meticulous in making sure he treats the grass and not my perennial gardens. He's been in business for quite a long time and is very good at what he does. It's probably the best service like that I've had. We've used other people in the past and they have sprayed some of my plants which has irritated me to no end. They seemed to come a day before it rained, but he doesn't do that. He waits for the right time which is in my favor and not his.

He sends me the contract ahead of time; he is here when he says he is going to be here, he does what he says he is going to do and he is in and out before I know it. He does a great job. He is very responsive because I had some confusion with my contract this year and he corrected and took care of it immediately. He is very prompt and professional and he greets me every time. I rate him highly. I will absolutely continue to use him in the future and without hesitation.
