Joe worked around our schedule, carefully assessed our needs and thoroughly explained his work. Removal of our ancient Commers softener and replacement with a Hydrotech 565 system was completed as per estimate of $849 including equipment, tax, disposal, install, everything. I could find no-one else at a price point close to that. Joe was friendly and professional. He provided quality equipment and professional service without all the fancy overhead and higher prices of the larger companies. We also received a lifetime warranty on the tank, 7 years on parts and 5 years on labor. I highly recommend Joe and A-1 if you are looking for a new or replacement water conditioning system.

Joe came out and tested our water and let us know that the softener was not working properly. Unfortunately, he can't repair Culligan systems so I had Culligan come out to do the repair. However, when this system goes, we would definitely hire A1!

Joe was great to work with. I called him in the morning and he was able to install it that evening!! He was very professional and explained how the system worked and operated at a level I could understand. I did quite a bit of shopping around and A-1's prices were by far the best. Plus, there service was unmatched. I would recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need a new water softener I know who I'll call first.
