+ -1 moreIf you need an inspection before buying a house Floyd Jares is the guy! He went above and beyond by being thorough with inspection, taking time answering my questions and listening to my concerns about things that came up in inspection. He explained things so I could understand, and was fair with price. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
