This is the 3rd floor installed (over 600 sq ft.) in the last 1.5 years because of material problems. This installation was a charm. Finally, very pleased. Josh, Colby, and Brandon were prompt. were considerate and did the finest quality installation that I've seen. Attention to detail and look of finished installation were remarkable. Joints, edges, and care of removed and replaced trim was impressive. Installation in laundry room, bathroom, 2 closet, kitchen, dining, and entry meant a lot of cutting, corners, etc. They got directly to business and it was full speed ahead. What was predicted to be a 3 day job was done in 2 days even though not all the necessary materials had been delivered to site, they got what was needed and it didn't seem to slow them down. They all reviewed in detail what to do and not do for maintenance of the product after carefully reading exotic wood flooring product information enclosed in boxes. Highly recommend at all levels.
