Scott Elmer, owner of Dreamscaping,Inc., did an outstanding job of listening being responsive to us throughout the project. His level of communication is outstanding! We had no surprises. We agreed upon a budget before going forward with the project. re that we were comfortable working with in advance of moving. Once we agreed to do the project with Dreamscaping a detailed contract was drafted which included all of the work to be completed along with the costs. Any changes they we decided on during the project were reflected in writing through change orders prior to the changes being implemented. Scott provided a very clean, orderly work site throughout the process. He was overly conscious of not intruding on our normal living during the construction. Scott also provided excellent subcontractors - he has had a long standing relationship with the subcontractors, which was reflected in their responsiveness and quality work. All work was not only very well done but also completely met or surpassed all relevant building codes. We cannot be more pleased with the outcome of this project which included the addition of a large family room area with fireplace, an exercise room and/or addition bedroom, full bath. we would not hesitate to recommend Scott Elmer at Dreamscaping for our next remodeling project.
