+ -1 moreEverything went perfectly. Chris was VERY upfront, honest, and helpful in his emails and had me check a few things first to possibly avoid a service call. He could have easily just come out in order to make the sale but instead was very helpful with trying to at least first save me some money. He came out and identified the problem right away (it was a bad autofill mechanism). He then installed a new one and showed me how to adjust it. Chris could not have been more helpful and professional. I will definitely use him again for our pond/fountain issues again.
Description of Work: Our small pond which has an "auto fill" feature that his hooked to our sprinkler system decided to run continuously. Chris and a helper came out and installed a new one.

+ -1 moreHe called back after I left a message. He followed up after suggesting a couple of things that I could do. He was courteous and articulate.
Description of Work: I contacted him to discuss concerns I had about possible leaking of my backyard pond. He did not install my pond - my neighbors and I did it ourselves but I contacted him because I couldn't figure out why and where it was losing water. He explained that pond levels receed significantly during low humidity and suggested a method to measure loss of water. He explained to me how to test the rate of water loss and I agreed to call him five days later. I didn't call him back on the day I told him and he called me back to check on the results of the test. I was impressed that he was willing to discuss possible causes over the phone rather than come out to test it himself and thus charge me for a trip. I plan to contact him in the spring to help resolve water clarity problems. He knows a lot about ponds and is very service oriented. I have added his company to my favorites list.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Chris goes above and beyond the call to make sure you're up and running. He is professional, punctual and very knowledgeable about ponds and water landscaping. He's a great resource. He also provides you with a month by month checklist to keep your pond in perfect help and is always available if you have questions.
Description of Work: Chris performed spring startup services and some repair work around our water feature (pond). He cleaned it top to bottom, re-installed the pump, did some general upkeep and repaired a crack in my pump hose.

Specializing in ponds, pondless waterfalls & assorted water features. Also offering installation of landscape lighting,stepping stone paths, & pond/waterfall repair & maintenance.
Due to the small size & detail orientation of the company we are not the best fit for large retaining wall or paver patio projects or other very large landscape projects. We do not offer lawn maintenance services such as mowing,raking,trimming or snow plowing.
