Description of Work: Snaked my sewer. Before this to they came over when I had a leak from my shower on the second floor. They quickly pointed out that the seal around the drain was not sealed after I had some remodeling work done. Told me to seal it and if the problem continued to call. No charge for the visit and the seal was the problem.

Description of Work: Cleaned main sewer line. The equipment got stuck in the line on small tree roots, but more help was called in and it was removed. This has not happened with other providers before, so I was concerned, but Speedy reassured me it would be fine. From what we understood, there was a little bit of a learning curve with the first person to work on this, and I don't think it would happen again after going through this process. | |One thing to consider if it interests you- the ad notes video inspection of sewer line, but it is only at an additional cost of about $100. This was made clear to me before they came out, and it was ultimately my decision whether or not to have it done. They did not recommend that I needed one, even after the equipment got stuck. | |All in all, they were friendly people that took the time out to fix this within a few hours of calling on a Friday.

Description of Work: Replaced the main water shutoff and installed a second shutoff on the other side of the meter. He was very nice, and did a great job. The city had a problem finding the curb shutoff in the front yard. He suggested I call and have them come again. This time they found the shutoff. This saved a large expense to freeze the pipe in order to do the work.I was very pleased with the final bill!

Description of Work: On your survey, I used "A" as great and "F" as poor. | |Speedy replaced two outside hydrants and charged for the hour he worked and his driving time getting there. We had an Angie's coupon of $40 and was able to apply it to the bill, otherwise, the total estimated cost was $240 minus the $40 coupon. Thank you for providing the coupon. Mike is a pleasant person, knowledgeable and works fast. We enjoyed his service and we are planning for him to do other jobs for us in the future.

Description of Work: Mike came out later the same day I called to do an estimate. Very prompt, courteous. I bought an old home and needed to get a pipe installed to drain my washing machine as it was only set up for a wring washer. I also used Speedy this last fall because my drains were all plugged up. Again, Mike came out the same day and was wonderful to work with and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Mike was prompt, straightforward, very knowledgable. He definitely looked to save us money while performing first-rate work with quality materials. We had him back to do another plumbing job; again, excellent work without surprises or nonsense. Definitely a go-to plumber in our book. Update: a clogged line crisis on a Friday afternoon brought him back for the third visit within 7 months, all three for different jobs in different rooms of the house. Absolutely superb service, promptness . . . in each instance an excellent job at a fair price.
