I could not believe how clean Leigh got the carpets! Everything seemed to come out when he cleaned them but Leigh warned that the poop stains might wick to the surface from the under pad during drying and indeed, they did. I'll give those spots an extra cleaning with my bissel to see if that doesn't get the rest out. Overall I am glad I hired them and happy with the phenomenal improvement.

I called to set up an appointment, with no problems. They gave me a quote for a certain amount, and though I spent exactly that amount, on the day of the service, I had them clean one less room than the original quote had figured. The technician was polite and wore his boots as he worked. For safety, he needed to wear shoes, however I wish he would have used booties to cover his work boots. When cleaning my carpets, he missed a 2 by 2 area in two places. I noticed one while he was in that room and told him to clean it. I left the room and when he finished he said he had cleaned it, but that area was completely dry and still had a paperclip and a piece of paper on it, that would have been picked up by his machine. I brought this to his attention and he said nothing. When he told me the amount I was to pay, I mentioned that he cleaned one less room than was in the original quote, and he mentioned that he moved some furniture, which I hadn't originally planned for him to move, and that that made up for the difference. Though my son and I moved most of the furniture, and he only slid a couple light things around. The carpets did look better for the most part. I guess I am just not completely satisfied with the cost, since I asked him to clean one less room than was originally planned.
