+ -1 moreI have replaced four appliances with Rigels in the last couple years. I will never go anywhere else, these people are extremely knowledgeable, professional and really kind and caring. AND they are there for you down the road, whenever you need them, the personal touch you don't get with a big box store. So thankful for Rigels!!

Description of Work: Checked basement refrigerator because it wasn't cooling. The freezer was not cooling because it was froze up. He didn't replace anything. The repairman had to thaw out coils. He borrowed my hair blow dryer to quickly thaw. Left the dryer and extension cord sitting in a little puddle of water. I gave him a pail and rags but he didn't use them | |I had checked in with him à nd he said had everything so I said I let you get to your work then. | |I felt the main floor refrigerator was not as cold as should be. So after thd basement was done, He checked the kitchen one. The one in kitchen didn't take but maybe 10 min. and didn't have a problem. | |The overall B grade was due to the mess left in basement referring on professionalism and high cost. The repair people should clean up any of their messes. I think that's just part of their job. | |He was polite and quick. |About $135 for 30 min or less...thought the charge was expensive but was glad to have help. | | |NEXT time I have trouble I will 1st unplug the fridge for 24 hours and then plug in again and see if the problem is fixed. |

+ -1 moreThey finally did come, and they had to put in a new ice maker. The one tube was clogged up, so it iced over. He noticed that the Teflon was flaking, it wasn't good to be in the ice cubes, so he replaced it.
Description of Work: We have been with this company for many years, and we called them and told them we had a problem with our ice maker. They said that we might be able to get out there today, but for sure tomorrow to solve the problem. It was 10 o clock in the morning, and they said they don't know if they could out there today, but sure tomorrow. So I called them back and said that isn't the way that we are going to do it. We were not happy with them.
