 + -1 moreWas having problems with my laptop. The technician troubleshot the computer and fixed it within 2 hrs. He also made sure all data was backed up before any work started. In the end he had to reinstall the operating system but I did not lose any data. A+ service and price.

 + -1 moreJerry was very professional and was able to help me out almost immediately after me calling. He also has the best prices in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Extremely cheap compared to what Best Buy wanted to charge me. Their geek squad is ridiculous thinking they can get that kind of money out of me when I was able to get it done faster, cheaper and on a more personal level with Reboot. He was able to answer any and all questions I had and I was very appreciative and satisfied with his service. A+ in my book!
Description of Work: I had a virus on my computer that was wreaking havoc. He got in there and got rid of the nasty virus while ensuring that all of my personal information on my computere was safe.
