Great company! The timeline was long but we we made aware of that up front and were willing to wait. Communication closer to the installation date could have been better, allowing us to be available on the days they were working in our house. That being said, we were very happy with the finished products. Excellent follow-up service.

Owner & crew came when scheduled. I was kept informed through out the project as issues concerning the very poor condition to old roof arose, as expected. Work was completed, clean up excellent. Great company to work with!

They were the slowest company to get back to us & worse yet charge a fee to do a walk through consult to see if they would even bid to do the work.

The receptionist was not willing to even send someone to do an estimate due to booking out quite a ways, even after I stated I was in no rush to get the work done.

. They were outstanding, from a free estimate, to updates, to frequent phone calls with us as we tried to order the right sliding door on our own. Once they started they finished in a day and half. they were clean, informative, honest. They had one glitch with hardware which was pella's fault not installers. Highly recommend

Workers showed up on time, kept area as clean as possible while working, let me know how things were going at end of day followed up a few days later to make sure things were cleaned and placed sign in yard.

Mark just had a small surgery before the work. His crew, three young guys with 4 to 9 years experience performed the actual work with his supervision. They spent about two and half days and did the work professionally. They replaced the rotten plywood which took some extra hours. Each day they took care of a portion of the roof and made sure the roof was water tight at the end of the work. I am glad they did that because in the 2nd evening there was rain. They put sheet beside the wall to collect the garbage and the site was pretty clean after work each day. They also installed a turbine ventilation as I asked. I visually checked the roof after work and I can see the roof had a very uniform surface. Not too long after the work, there were some heavy rains and I did not see any leaking spot. The price is a little bit more than I expected, but for a roofing work, get the job done in one shot is important.

Contractor took off old shingles, put on the new shingles I had specified, installed a wind turbine. They cleaned up and left my driveway cleaner than they found it.

We moved here in north Fargo Oct 2013. Having lived in a Cape Cod in Minneapolis with a 10-12 pitch roof for 42 years, dealing with the issues of a rambler with a 3-12 pitch is very new to us. Mark was very helpful and informative answering my questions. The old roof had issues with the water running behind the drip edge and dripping from the soffits. They made sure there is the right overhang of the shingles and the problem is gone. They also added a bath vent, as it was vented into the crawl space. Mark took special attention to a area where a new addition was added to the original house in 2000 when the last roof was installed. No problems with the recent rains. Lisa came over a few days after to check for anything left around the house. ( I told her she didn't have to climb down into the egress window. Kinda tough to do with a skirt on.) Great company and Great people.

It went great, as always. Mark came when he said he would and did the work immediately. He was in and out in about an hour and the roof is no longer leaking. He also offered some advice when I asked about the mold left behind. He did a great job, highly recommend!

Provider responded to initial call promptly, talked to me about the problem, performed on-site visit to investigate the cause, determined solution, returned to complete the solution as promised and left the yard clean afterwards. Time from initial call to completion was very fast. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
