+ -1 moreMalcolm did a terrific job on the ceiling, replacing plaster with drywall, and on the repair of the plaster walls. The cedar panels in the closet, however, only extend part of the way up the wall to a border that is there at rod height. He didn't seem to want to deal with cutting the cedar to extend it to the ceiling. He also did a very poor job on the painting as he installed the varnished crown molding and painted afterward so that there is noticeable paint along the edges of the crown molding. It seemed to me as if Malcolm enjoyed some of the more challenging aspects of the job but hurried through the more mundane parts doing a rather sloppy job.
Description of Work: We hired Malcolm to redo our bedroom ceiling and walls as we have an older home and things were beginning to crack and shift.
