Checked it out and cleaned. Top spinner hanging up, fixed. Made suggestion to use the rinse aid to keep minerals from building up and to use brand name detergent instead of one we’re using from Sam’s since it tends to not dissolve completely. Answered my numerous questions. Gave a lot of information. definitely biased toward KitchenAid products they sell. Had misunderstanding about time of call and trouble with phone communication.
Description of Work: Dishwasher serviced. Not cleaning well.

He was very friendly and showed my son where the problem occurred and how to fix it in the future. He said this is one of the more common problems. I will definitely buy my next appliance here. He showed up to repair it the day after my son called.
