Eric met with us multiple times to align our expectations. He is very precise, skilled and neat as he works, even in taping off the working area. His final product was meticulously crafted, and exactly what we had hoped for.

Eric was great. He was willing to meet with us and talk us through his estimate and answer our questions. He was willing to put things in writing, he worked with the city to get required permits and worked with us on our requests. He even started the job early and fixed minor things along the way like replacing poor trim or other cosmetic things. Definitely a professional.

Overall a amazing experience. So happy with the end result. A more detailed job then expected. I have a 3 story home that's 101 yrs old, where the gables have shacks and Eric w/ Cornerstone had to sand pretty much individually. Primed and painted. Sealed my gutters and attended to any issues that were on the 3rd level. Couldnâ t had asked for more.

Eric was an extremely organized worker. He always came when he said he would. The quality of his work is excellent. He re-did our stairs and railing after a previous contractor did a shoddy job. He finished our kitchen and made corrections that the previous contractor made mistakes on. He installed backsplash in the kitchen and repainted walls, ceilings and baseboards. He is currently building us a mantle and we are having him back in May to remodel a bedroom and bathroom. I really loved how Eric would always clean up his work area. You would be fortunate to hire him.

Eric went above and beyond the contracted assignment. He voluntarily provided minor improvements to improve the overall quality.

Eric installed a side door to our garage. The original opening was not a standard size and Eric reframed the doorway, hung the door, put in the lock, and added trim. He did excellent work and went beyond our expectations ! He is a true craftsman!

Mr. Altenbernd built new steps to our deck, repaired drywall, and secured the vinyl siding on a small area on the house. He did a great job at a very reasonable rate. I will call him for any projects I have in the future.

Eric maintained excellent communication, really made efforts to meet my schedule, and did excellent. Further work will be needed...the problem was bigger than I thought....and I will definitely re-hire Eric for the rest of the project when I can.
