They are thorough and they get the job done before they eave. The workers were very friendly. They explained to me what they had done.

I would use them again in future.

They were really responsive, they came right away when I called them and gave me what I needed fixed and nothing more than what I needed fixed.

What stood out the most was their responsiveness to the call. They were responsive and reliable.

We've always had Comfort Masters service our equipment and have been very satisfied with their work. This last visit was a little off, though. It was the last appointment of the day, and it was very warm out, so I'm attributing it all to that. Another technician came out to help after I called the office. The work was done quickly and well. The price was slightly higher than quoted, but assuming that was because we were charged for time of two technicians.

My husband looked at our warranty papers (from 1994) where it stated that the heat exchanger was under warranty with no expiration date. My husband called the store after we had another company out for an estimate and they verified the warrranty and gave us information that Comfort Masters should have given us regarding rebates also... My husband then called Comfort Masters and asked why we were not told of the warranty. (He was talking to the owner who had purchased Comfort Masters after our furnace was originally installed.) The owner stated he was not aware of the warrany still being in effect even though they still sell the same brand. Our furnace model is no longer available but the manufacturer does offer a discount with the purchase of a different model

They are reasonable, they are local...I would just have to say they are very user friendly and I think because of that we are loyal to them and wanted to keep doing work with them. And I would say they are reasonable with prices, I don't think they try to gouge at all. They have a good reputation in our city. I give them A grades for everything.

The heating and cooling people in the company were ok. George the electrician was not professional at all. George would indicate that he would do something by a given date and then would not show up. He also indicated that he would call the general contractor and then would never follow through. He also used lower grade electrical components in the main power entry and switch placement was not very good also. Basically he lied about what he would do and when he would do it. I would not do business with him ever again nor would I recommend the company for heating and cooling work because of the work of the electrical group.
