Description of Work: Charlie painted the trim, porch and eves on our stucco house. He was fantastic! He did careful work, scrapped, primed and put on at least two coats of paint. He was patient as we decided on colors and he even purchased sample cans of paint to use on trial areas. Charlie was punctual, began the project as agreed and finished on time. Our job required lots of detail work that was difficult and it looks great! Most amazing, his prices are reasonable. We highly recommend him and would use him again, without hesitation. Charlie is a rare fine these days, someone who takes great pride in his work, is honest, hard working, and dependable. We could not be more happy with his work and our house looks fantastic!

+ 0 moreHe power washed the house for a clean surface and did an excellent job on repairs, scraping and priming of areas in need. He was very meticulous in his painting and clean up. My house is quite old but it looks like new again. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone and would hire him again in the future. .

+ -1 moreIt was a tough job, but now the whole house looks great. His paint prep was excellent; he filled every crack and crevice in the stucco, power washed all the loose paint, nearly down to the bare stucco, and --to my amazement--vacuumed the paint chips from my yard. He is the third painter I've hired in the last 15 years, and by far the best.
Description of Work: Charlie painted the entire exterior of my North Side Fargo home. It wasn't easy, as my house is stucco and the wooden portions on the second story looked like alligator skin before he started.
