The concrete crew came in 3 weeks late. I had the building staked out and they moved it off the pad by 12 feet. It is crooked, out of square and 3 inches off level.The owner Robin Samualson after looking at the foundation said he would fix it. They started erection of the building without first fixing the concrete. During erection I discovered the building was not what I ordered. Instead of a 20 x 40 door they gave me 2 20 x 20 doors. He ordered Jobber Steel and the colors do not match. Months later They started building again, supossibly re-engineered with a 3rd crew. I kept trying to get ahold of Robin to let him know they were doing the work incorrectly, He would not answer or respond to my calls so I had to get the Attorney General involved. He would only respond to them when He felt like it. He continued to lie to myself and the Attorney General. When I told him that the doors were the wrong brand and size he told me that it was what he ordered for me and that was what I was getting. His crews threatened me and tried kicking me off MY property and I caught them stealing from me. Robins answer was for me to stay out of there way and let them do what they want. The law needed to be called to have them removed from my property. We are now over a year passed the completion date and it is still not yet completed. It leaks, insulation sags, doors and windows installed improperly and they do not work. The building does not meet codes or snow load. Robin sent down one of his own inspection crews and there recommandations were to tare it down, rip out the concrete and start over. He has done nothing. It has now been nothing but a legal battle.
