Great. Ben was on time (which is a big plus with me) and answered all of my questions.
Description of Work: This is my third time in 4 years dealing with Ben Lohman of Sound by Design. Ben is professional, friendly, informative and knows his stuff. He has installed a flat screen, repaired and rewired a house sound system that had been neglected for many years, installed wireless and today fixed our surround sound.
