SPRING GREEN LAWN CARE

I called the owner, Luke, and he wont fix the problem saying he wont work for free - noting I have called many times to rectify the issues. He admitted this was an on-going problem but wont work for free to fix it and I am certain they caused it. I never had this problem so expect they are using poor quality chemicals. Worse, the unprofessionalism exhibited by the owner was surprising - he didn't care to fix it, and said he wouldn't do anything about my dissatisfaction. This is why I am taking the time to write this review. He runs a bad business, and won't guarantee his work and won't do anything about trying to fix it.

So far my experience has been good with them. They are very good about calling before they come because I have a fence and a gate which I keep locked, so the dog won't go out. They know that they need to call ahead to have me remove that. The lawn looks good. I was going with Organic surface before, but my husband was not pleased with the fact that we have quite a few weeds. They have a big graduation for my daughter this summer. We want the lawn to look week this year, so I went with a different service. He took the time to explain what the products they used. Once it dries on the leaves it's not going to run off with the water and the rain. They are more greener and environmentally friendly than most of the chemical companies. I appreciated that about them. That they took the time to explain those things. If I have questions when they are here they take the time to talk with me.
