Radon stoppers was the most competitive bid, minimally intrusive interior install, barely visible outside, electrician was very thorough including wiring lights in the garage attic, fan operates quietly, the only contractor would who do a pre-installation assessment, adhered to the contract bid, install happened soon after the bid and most importantly our radon level was 6.2 pCi/L prior to the install/.8 pCi/L after.

Pat did a great job. He has a very efficient operation! He kept in contact with me prior to install date and then showed up on time and completed the work in 1/2 day. Nothing was required of me other than to let him in and show him the layout in the house and garage. He did all the rest.

I cannot speak highly enough of Patrick/Radon Stoppers. Due to a number of factors, our house has been one of those rare, tricky ones to solve, and proved to be a journey to get the desired results. I can say with confidence (from talking with friends and relatives), that the vast majority of houses are not nearly as much of a challenge as our house was. Despite this, Patrick absolutely stood by his word to get good, safe results for our house, even though it involved multiple additional trips, troubleshooting and time. Whereas many companies may have walked away and found excuses to avoid solving the tough problems, Patrick stuck with it until we ended up with safe levels in our basement. Patrick and his team are friendly, professional, courteous, and perform outstanding work. Patrick consulted regularly with my wife and I and explained the process and reasons. He and his team used drop cloths to protect floors, and the installation of the suction points was done in a clean and efficient manner. On top of all this, the price was very reasonable. This project went very well. It may have been easier to run the line outside the home up the siding, but they found a way that required more work, to put the system in a closet, through a space in the ceiling then up through the garage which was much more ideal for looks in the home. The extra work did not raise the cost at all and the outcome was better than I expected. They were fantastic to work with, trustworthy, and it was clear they were experts. I'm an Engineer, and I was very impressed with how they executed the install the way they did. When the radon test came back, they were extremely low proving the system was working perfectly. Project wise, they earned high marks across the board from me. Well done
