I had been in contact with Scott off and on for the past month regarding the opening and repairs for our in ground cement pool. First of all, Scott was RESPONSIVE. There are many pool and spa service and repair companies listed on Angie's List that didn't even bother to return my calls. Second, Scott was honest. He told me what he could and couldn't do and when he couldn't do it he gave me the name of someone who could (and that person called me back right away also). When he came to our house to give an estimate on our pool repairs, he told me we did not need repairs for a few years. How refreshing to have someone show up when they say they will and not try to sell you something you don't need. In a couple of years, when we do need our pool resurfaced, we will be calling Scott. Third, Scott was professional and friendly. I had a lot of questions as I never had to deal with in ground pool repairs before. Scott was patient and informative. Thanks again, Scott.
