 + -1 moreIt went extremely well. Joel was very professional, courteous and prompt. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all our questions.
Description of Work: We had a stopped up main drain and found out about it when our cat was playing in several inches of water in our laundry room. We frantically called Joel and he was here within 1/2 hour. He had to snake out the main drain. When he was working he noticed that our water shut off valve was corroded and set up a time to get that fixed. He was prompt about rescheduling that and even coordinated everything with the city to get the water turned off.
