Description of Work: Experience was great all around. Salesperson was polite and informational. Installers were great. I have had the system before on one roof line and decided to put on another. I have researched a lot of gutter systems and really feel this is the best. A bit more money but have had NO problems.

Description of Work: Seamless gutters on new construction. Everyone was very nice and there was no up selling which was a pleasant surprise. They recommendations they made during the purchase were spot on and less than what I had planned. Would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: They installed new gutters for our entire house, which is large. Gutter Helmut did a terrific job, were easy to work with, very professional and on time, performed excellent work and cleaned up the site very well. | |While the product is expensive, it is high quality and very effective. The work was completed just before a month of heavy spring rain, and the gutters performed flawlessly from the start. Further, through the spring and fall seasons in which the many trees around our house drop seeds and leaves, the gutters have remained clear - just as promised. | |We highly recommend the gutters and Gutter Helmut.

THE INSTALLERS, CHRIS & JOHN, WERE EXTREMELY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND HARDWORKING. FROM PAST EXPERIENCE WITH OUTSIDE HIRED CONTRACTORS, WE WERE WORRIED ABOUT OUR FLOWER BEDS & LEFTOVER DEBRIS. CHRIS & JOHN WERE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THEIR LADDER PLACEMENT AND WHERE THE DEBRIS LANDED. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING BY THE TIME THEY LEFT. THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH KEEPING OUR GATES SHUT, TOO, SO THE DOGS WOULDN'T ESCAPE. THE PRODUCT IS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER PRODUCTS OUT THERE, BUT THEY DO SUCH AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE EXISTING GUTTERS IN PREPPING PLUS THE LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY, IT IS FULLY WORTH EVERY PENNY. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN THIS INSTANCE! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAGE OF HAPPINESS!
Description of Work: FIRST & FOREMOST THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL OF THE ORIGINAL GUTTERS:CLEANED ALL OF THE GUTTERS & DOWNSPOUTS, INSPECTED & SEALED SEAMS, STRAIGHTENED ANY MINOR DENTS, RESET SPIKES, REPAIRED OR FASTENED HANGERS, REPAIRED GUTTERS. THEN THEY INSTALLED THE GUTTER HELMET. WHEN THEY FINISHED, THE MEN REMOVED ALL THEIR DEBRIS. THEY WERE CAREFUL ABOUT KEEPING THE YARD SECURE FOR OUR PETS.

 + -1 moreTHE SALES PERSON WAS UNBELIEVABLY HIGH PRESSURE. OFFERING AN EXTRA "DISCOUNT" ONLY IF I AGREED TO SIGN THE CONTRACT THAT DAY. HE WAS JUST RELENTLESS AND MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I CAME AWAY FEELING ANGRY AND VERY PRESSURED. THE QUOTED "DISCOUNTED" PRICE FOR THE JOB WAS ABOUT $300 OR $400 MORE THAN THE QUOTE I SUBSEQUENTLY GOT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. I THINK THE OTHER PRODUCT IS A BETTER PRODUCT, AND THE PEOPLE ARE MUCH BETTER TO DEAL WITH.
Description of Work: I DID NOT HAVE THE WORK PERFORMED BECAUSE I WAS SO PUT OFF BY THE HIGH-PRESSURE SALES TACTICS.

I WOULD GIVE THEM AN 'A,' BOTH FOR THEIR EXECUTION OF THE JOB AND THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. I FELT THAT THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT HOW THEY PERFORMED THE JOB AND WANTED US TO BE SATISFIED. IN MY EXPERIENCE, THAT'S HARD TO FIND, AND I TRULY APPRECIATED IT. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY AGREED TO AND MORE.
Description of Work: GUTTER HELMET CLEANED AND CHECKED OUR GUTTERS, EXTENDED A DOWNSPOUT FOR US AND THEN INSTALLED GUTTER HELMET, WHICH KEEPS LEAVES, ETC. OUT OF GUTTERS AND HELPS CHANNEL WATER INTO GUTTERS. IT ALSO HELPS PREVENT ICE DAMS AND OTHER PROBLEMS.
