+ 0 moreRod set up times and dates when he was available and we could handle the noise of the work. He came and did a great job, met his estimates for price, and cleaned up thoroughly. I would like to have him work for us again.
Description of Work: Rod quoted on replacing the Pergo on our basement floor after winter snow melt flooded our finished basement. His quote seemed so reasonable that we asked him to do an upstairs bedroom and change our carpeted stairs to wooden ones. We have been delighted with the results. The stairs are a huge improvement to the cleanliness and usability of the house. We worried about wood stairs being more slippery than carpet, but Rod added sand under the final coat of varnish on the stairs. This really works and did not change the look of the stairs at all.
