+ -1 moreMy wife and I have moved repeatedly due to work transfers the past 20 years, and we have never had a real estate agent of as high a caliber as Amy. In addition to working very hard to help us find the home of our dreams, she went to bat for us over and over during the sales transaction itself, and afterwards with issues involving a property assessment for road repairs and our home owner's warranty. She has been absolutely reliable, and a pleasure to deal with.
Description of Work: Amy Stanger was our real estate agent (buyer's agent) when we moved to Minnesota and began looking for a home. We started our search in April 2010, and closed on the home she helped us find on 05/21/2010, although she continued to help us, as recently as January 2011, with a number of issues that arose regarding a property assessment for street repairs and our home owner's warranty.
