First of all, Shane, the coordinator of it all, was amazing. He was concerned about my needs at all times both financially and the final look and checked in often to make sure all was going well. The crew were very kind and concerned as well. They all explained every step in detail and showed me the problem areas and how they could make it so much better, I don't think I ever experienced such a positive experience and I have had quite a bit done to my home in the recent past and I so wished I would have used them for my siding and windows as I did not have the best experience with the contractor I used a few years ago. The roof and gutters look wonderful! I would highly recommend them for all your needs from roofing and gutters to siding and windows. High quality products, people and follow through. I am just so impressed with them I want to tell everyone about Shane and his team!!!!!!!

It went fantastic. They were patient and worked with me when dealing with insurance difficulties.

Team was punctual, quiet, and fast. Had everything roofed in one day, and cleaned up. Roof looks excellent, and quality of work seems great. They were able to help with a specific extra request and helped us out too.

Shane was very respectful and had a great interaction with the inspector, he also took plenty of time to walk through the different options with me as well as what I could expect! They were able to fit me in before the snow fall, and the workers were incredibly fast & kind. They finished my roof in a day, and many of my neighbors that recently had their roofs replaced commented that mine was so much faster and higher quality than theirs! I agree! My roof is the best on the block for sure- thanks the team at All Elements Inc!

I added a new porch, adjacent to an existing sun room addition. The roof needed to be a seamless vinyl membrane, because the roofline is flat, with a slight pitch for run-off. The All Elements team was very professional right from the start. They came over the day we asked for an estimate, and their estimate included photos of the existing roof over the sun room, which was very instructive (whereas other estimates did not). They arrived on schedule, even though we didn't give them a lot of lead time. They kept me well informed of the work along the way, were very polite on site, and cleaned up after their work. I was very impressed and pleased.

The communication was excellent. When I had a question they were there. I solicited 8 bids and they had the best and most detailed estimate and their work was exceptional.
