ASKED IF THEY WOULD COME OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T EVEN COME OUT AS WE ARE TOO FAR ( WE ARE ONLY 20 MILES AWAY.) WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN.

The experience was horrible. I hired them late June of 2008 and I received my first bill on July 24th of 2008 which was 5319 dollars and the work was not done yet. It came to the point in September where they refused to do any more work until I make the payment and I refused to pay until they finish the work. It ended up standing half. I have paid them over thirty thousand dollars earlier to do a different section of our building and were not happy with their work, but, I thought I would give them another shot, so, I called them again to put in the A/C. I had the same bad experience both the times.
Description of Work: They put in a commercial air conditioner.

June 2008 - began work. August/September 2008 - refused to work further. June 2009 began working for settlement. August 2009 - Settled. August 2009 - still have an A/C unit that is not fully functional.
Description of Work: Hired Molde's to REPAIR my a/c unit. After replacing parts and two months of "diagnosis" was told that we need to buy a new unit. Molde's refused to provide an estimate or further work without payment. Why would I pay for a complete repair and then pay for a new replacement?
