The entire process was excellent as it met my cost, timeline and vendor expertise and efficiency. The measurements were exact, the removal and installation process was done neatly and in less time than I had expected. It took only 3 days to get the job done. The installers were considerate of my home ( I work out of my house) and very neat. The installers paid a great deal of attention to detail. The moldings were put back in the exact positions that they were in prior to installation. The entire Window Replacement Co team was responsive and responsible. I have a potentially larger job coming up and I have absolutely no desire to use anyone else other than The WIndow Replacement Co. My entire family loves the look of our new windows!

The job lasted three days as estimated. The crew showed up early in the morning as agreed upon and except for a lunch break worked until their day was finished. They made the tear out and installation of over a dozen new windows, some rather large ones, an almost pleasurable experience considering the condition of the windows they were replacing. The crew(3) did keep the house and area clean and picked-up during the day's work and everything - scrap, nails etc.- was dispose of properly when they left for the day. After the windows were installed and trimmed out, the painters (3) came in and filled nail holes and painted the trim. It was an added bonus in our case that none of the company's employees had no problem with our rather formidable dogs.

I had about 4-5 quotes including the big box stores. These guys weren't the least expensive but they weren't the most expensive either. They won the job because they cared to win the job. I was given suggestions, options and ideas. My concerns were all taken seriously and handled with care. We opted for Lindsay windows. Be careful when you get quotes. Make sure you're comparing apples to apples, Lindsay makes various grades of window and that can be a little game. I was very happy with the job. Expect to have these windows for a long long time.

I have contracted a lot of things and have done some of my own things. This was probably the best experience that we have had. We did five bids. They were the most professional, knowledgeable and organized. You felt right from the start that you were going to get the best quality done on time with the best materials taking no shortcuts.

I was very happy with the work that they did. Everything was great! I would use them again. They do good, quality work.

They were fabulous! Pete was very responsive and in fact, was the only contractor who told me about the additional state rebate money available for energy saving improvements. They finished in one day and left the house as clean as it was when they started. I recommended them to my next door neighbor.

We were satisfied with them, however the length of time to install was longer than expected. They also had some blinds that they had to remove from our windows and then the blinds ended up being too short when they measured so they had to order new ones. It wasn't a problem, but I think it was more a function of the contractors. Peter was really helpful to work with, he was punctual and got back in a timely manner. I think it was his contractors that were less than ideal, they might have cut some corners and took about 5 days longer than expected. Peter was great.

We received several bids and their bid was right in the middle. Peter was easy to deal with and answered all our questions and was quick to respond to any emails. We went with higher end dual casement Marvin windows and have been very happy with them. The stain match was perfect and the install went very well. We specifically chose this company not only because of our dealings with Peter, but because he seemed to use the same small group of installers so we knew not only what product we were getting but who the installers would be. Couldn't be happier and we can't wait until we can replace some of our other windows.

We solicited four (4) bids and The Window Replacement Company was selected. Peter Hill was very responsive and communicated throughout the project as to time line, delays, etc. The estimate provided was very detailed so as not to have any hidden costs. The project was completed very professionally and the site was cleaned up daily. Would highly recommend this company.

Everything went great. Pete was responsive and punctual. He arrived at our house when he said he would. Originally, we had a quote for 11 windows to be replaced, but decided to go with only six windows because of cost. We plan on replacing the other five next year. Pete worked with us as we decided what types of windows we wanted. He provided alternatives for the large picture window, we considered a bow window. The first quote was for vinyl interior and exterior windows. Pete provided a second quote for vinyl exterior and wood interior windows. We chose the later windows, which turned out to be less expensive. The installation went quick and was well done. The quality was great. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I would also use them again.

He was prompt in responding, did a good inspection, seemed very knowledgeable and got a quote back quickly (and another when we decided to change the specs). Would have chosen him except we got a lower quote from KDK whom we had used previously.

This was our second experience with The Window Replacement Co, and again we are ecstatic with the service and the quality of the work and the windows we purchased. Peter came out, measured our windows, emailed a formal quote later that day, and patiently waited for us to make the decision to replace the windows. Unlike some other providers we were not hounded every day to make a decision. Peter has guaranteed our return business. In the spring we hope to have him replace the main floor windows in our home, and we highly recommend him to anyone that needs a high quality window or door replacement done!

Although Peter had a very tight schedule, he was able to take our project on with a very aggressive time frame. He was very personable and professional. The work done was fantastic. Peter managed to get the doors in within a day. The second day was to finish some of the remaining pieces. We were very impressed with his work, and how easy he was to work with, especially considering the tight time frame and the difficulty of the work. I highly recommend the Window Replacement Company for any custom or standard window and door replacement needs. Well done! We will be using him again to replace windows in another home.

The area looks great. The doors were installed quickly and the area was cleaned up when they were finished. Peter was very professional and helpful through the process.

The window went in without a hitch. The door had to be re-ordered because they measured wrong the first time. The door also took considerable work because no one noticed that the frame was an odd size. We have an older home, so surprises like this are common. Peter brought in a carpenter to work on the door, and he did a good job. We also needed the window to be made "tile-ready," and Peter's assistant tried to do it, but my tile guy had to re-do the whole thing. Peter is a super-nice guy; very easy to work with. His prices were far better than my two other bids.

Work was done very professionally and quickly. Work area was cleaned up;couldn't even tell they were there, except for the brand new windows! We are working with Peter Hill again to replace windows on the second floor of our house.

Terrific! Peter was very responsive and answered all our questions. The installers were professional and did a great job. The entire project was complete in a timely manner with no delays. This company sells Marvin Sliding Doors, which was a plus for us. In addition, Peter works with a front door company that carries Frank Lloyd Wright style wood doors which is what we were looking for - very difficult to find. I highly recommend The Replacement Window Co!

THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME WITH A BID. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK IN A HALF.

THE FIRST ORDER WAS PLACED INCORRECTLY. AFTER A SIX WEEKS WAIT AND 2 FOLLOW UP CALLS BY ME, LATE IN THE AFTERNOON OF THE DAY THE 2ND DOOR TO BE INSTALLED, I WAS TOLD THE DOOR HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED. I CANCELLED JOB AND AM WAITING FOR MY DOWN PAYMENT TO BE RETURNED.

OVERALL, VERY SATISFIED. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. TERJE RETURNS CALLS PROMPTLY AND ARRIVES ON TIME. FINISHING WORK (PAINTING AND STAINING) TOOK LONGER THAT I WOULD HAVE LIKED AND I ENDED UP DOING THAT PART MYSELF.
