I have been a licensed real estate agent, serving Twin Citiies of Minnesota home buyers and sellers since 1994. I was given the opportunity to be an Exclusive Buyer Agent from 1999-2008. Now, I am fortunate to be able to serve both buyers and sellers with MN Real Estate Team at RE/Max Advantage Plus. While traveling for many years as a performer, I developed an interest in historical architecture and home design. Combined with my communication skills and attention to detail, a career in real estate felt like a natural transition. After extensive real estate training and earning my Graduate of REALTOR® Institute distinction (akin to a master's degree of real estate), I joined one of the top real estate sales teams in the Twin Cities. I am among the first class of real estate agents to earn the Board sanctioned title of CBR, Certified Buyer Representative as well as the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors' distinction of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Susan is a hard-working, honest, and ethical realtor. We relocated to Minnesota from Massachusetts, and had lot's of questions about homebuying in a new state. Susan thoroughly prepared us for every step in the process. She is patient and enthusiastic, never pressured us, and was encouraging and supportive. We were impressed by her extensive knowledge of real estate rules and procedures. She worked dilligently to keep the process on schedule, and was a strong advocate for our best interests. While we plan to stay in this home for some time, we would absolutely choose to work with Susan again!"
