We have a 37 year old townhouse complex. Painting is a challenge due to the fact that the Complex was stained and painted over in previous years so it bubbles up. Our Maintenance Committee went around and listed the walls which were bubbled up. SK came out and reviewed. After painting one area on time and material they decided to give us and "Up Set" price for the rest. This worked out better for both of us. As you can tell by the ratings we were very satisfied with their work and will be hiring them again.

Very well! Contact was easy and scheduled promptly. I did not need to be present for this outside job. He included small deck not noticed on original viewing that I also forgot to mention. The job was done professionally and looks great!! Cost was reasonable.

Excellent!!
Description of Work: Cleaned moldy bathroom ceilings, replaced with mold free paint. So thankful, thouht we would have to completely replace the ceilings. Thanks to Clint for knowing what to do! Also painted two bedrooms. Absolutely will hire again!

The original job was done late fall 2014, and we had a product failure... this summer they returned when the weather was good and re-did the job at no additional cost, it's beautiful!!

Clint is a perfectionist, and takes time to explain the products that he is using and their purpose. He did a wonderful, detailed job, and I would recommend him to anyone, particularly anyone with a high-maintenance Victorian.

SK Painting was an excellent painting company to do business with. Clint is a very precise and masterful painter! (And, easy to be around.) They were flexible with my ever-changing view of paint choices and I appreciated their patience. Responsible, punctual and efficient. I'd recommend in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: Helped me choose wonderful paint colors and painted several rooms in the house. 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 hallways Scraped off old popcorn ceiling and upgraded with a more modern look- love it.
