He showed up when he said he would, did the job promptly, cleaned up afterward, and charged about what I expected. We were pleased with this work.

Bob returned my call promptly. We agreed on a time for the next day, and he showed up right on time. He took steps to keep the area clean, and picked up after himself. The drain now works fine. If I need drain cleaning in the future, he will be my first call.

We had an emergency request as our pipes backed up inside the house. Placed a call to Sam Gibson Sewer at about 4pm on Friday afternoon and my call was returned within a half hour and an appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning. I was thrilled that he was available on the weekend! He came when expected and worked diligently to rectify our situation. We have used Gibson for over thirty years and have never been disappointed in workmanship or pricing. Thank you so much for your consistently great customer service!

Bob Gibson is great -- he returns calls usually right away and gets us in as soon as he can - often the very next day. He is very informal but pleasant and prompt and gets the job done. Very careful about moving his equipment down the stairs and through my house.

We used him and we were very happy with him. He was punctual. He did the job and it ended up costing us a little lesser than what he had estimated it would. I had to call him a few days later because I thought I flushed a diaper down the toilet and he came and gave us advice about that and he was willing to come back. It was a good experience. I thought he went above and beyond with answering my questions and helping me with unrelated problems afterwards. He was very willing to come back right away if we needed help. I thought his price was fair and he ended up charging me less than he estimated because it didn't have to be as involved as he thought he would have to be. He was very honest about that and I wouldn't have known any way. It seemed like a good family owned business with a lot of experience. They were pretty available to come quickly. He was professional. I don't have a lot to compare his price with but the way he brought down his price from the estimate was good. His quality was good. He was able to fix the problem. It was not urgent and he responded in a few days so I thought he was very responsive. He was punctual and came at the time he said he would be. I had a very good experience.

When I have used them, I have never had anything but good success with them. They are quick and have come they day I called them. I can’t say enough good things about them. There has never been an issue with their pricing and I have always been surprised that it has been less with them than it is.

Two of our toilets were running, one four years old and the other 30 years old. Bob had cleaned our basement drain for us several times over the last 20 years so we called him. His answering service took our message and he promptly called us back and set an appointment. He comes at the time he says he will, is courteous and explains what he is doing. After adjusting the toilets, Bob encouraged us to call if the running continued but that the parts did not look worn enough to replace as a first attempt. That weekend we noticed that while running much less the toilets were still occasionally doing so. Bob cheerfully came back, once again on time, and replaced parts that were causing the problem. He declined payment for the second visit. He leaves the area so clean you wouldn't even know he had come.

I appreciated that he did not do any unnecessary work. I asked for him to clean both drains and he was honest enough to tell me I did not need to clean exterior drain which in the end saved me money.
