Description of Work: No showed on initial service date. |Was at least 15min late on other occasions. |Messy- didn't clean up after himself- paint all over the place. |Hole patches not properly filled. |Created more work for me- during this process of getting my condo ready to be sold. |Steve was a nice guy but not detail oriented or prompt. |

Description of Work: Mr. Fink was hired to provide general handyman service to us. We had him treat a spot on our ceiling, sand down some drywall taping that was showing through and to recaulk several services. | |The taping work was done OK; however, he made no attempts to prevent the dust from the sanding from flying everywhere and as such all furniture and fixtures were covered. | |For the ceiling spray he oversprayed in our living room and got spray on our fireplace. For the ceiling spray in our bathroom, it was done very poorly, is not blended and looks like it was caked on. For the caulking work, the lines are uneven and the caulking is very thick as he attempted to cover paint removed with the caulk. | |I would certainly not recommend Mr. Fink and am greatly disappointed.
