Perfect. Excellent communication and service.

We were thoroughly pleased with Steve's work. We called him on short notice. We needed a number of things done in a matter of days. He fit us into his schedule. He stayed until all the work was done. The work was great! We have Steve "on call" for our house. We would trust him with anything.

Steve was very personable and responsive. I gave him the job from the good reviews he had on Angie's List and the fact he said he could do the drywall, tile, and the minor plumbing that I needed to remodel my kitchen. One guy to do all that would save me a good deal of money. He was very easy to work with and accommodated to the change of schedule due to other contractors working on the house taking longer then expected. Once the drywall was hung, taped and mudded I should have realized his skill was not that of someone who specialized in areas of home remodel. The inside corners where jagged, the seams where lumpy, trowel marks where still visible, even saw a couple of spots where I could see the tape and screw heads. Already being behind schedule I decided to go ahead and paint, hoping the textured roller I was using would hide the imperfections in the mudding. It did not. At the time it seemed passable. I made Steve aware that I was not completely satisfied with his work and wanted to make sure his tiling skills where better then his mudding skills. He assured me he was very good at tiling and that if I pointed out the mudding issues he would fix them and repaint the spots. Too many spots to point out and I really did not trust him to fix them. He began tiling and thought he was doing a good job until after laying down a level on the floor realized some tiles where close to level while others where not even close. Turns out the sub floor is not flat. If the sub floor was flat I believe Steve could have done a decent tiling job, but not being a professional tiler he lacked the skill to see this problem at the start and the skill to now fix it. I decided to stop Steve from doing anymore work and brought in a profesional tiler. The new tiler had to rip out 4 rows of tile to fix the problem. As I started putting on the light switch plates and outlet plates I found a new surprise. The holes Steve had cut where too big for the plates to cover. Then the new lights where installed and they really shed the light on just how bad the mudding was. Now I'm waiting on professional drywaller to come in and give me a quote on how much it will be to fix all the mudding around all the outlets and light switches and fix the really bad spots on the walls.

His communication and work itself were great! Everything about working him was fantastic! I’m keeping a rental in the area and anything I need, he will be my go to guy!

He’s a nice guy and did a good job. He might have done a better job cleaning up afterwards but otherwise we were happy. He gave my husband good advice on another project he was looking at.

It went very well! Steve gave us an estimate on the spot, which he stuck to even though the job took longer than anticipated. His work is excellent, and he was always friendly and willing to do whatever we needed. His fee was extremely reasonable, especially considering the other estimates we received. We will definitely be using Steve in the future!

This time we had Mr. Fink repair drywall and replace a rotting door jam of a door in the rear of the garage; he replaced one side of the jam and it is like new--door fits perfectly. We find him a responsive and great handyman.

Steve had to remove several sections of sheetrock on a garage wall which had been damaged by slush and salt along the floor during the 55 years since the house was built. He neatly cut out the old sections and replaced them with 3x5 cement board precisely cut to match several existing plumbing and wiring lines passing through the wall. He then calked, painted, and cleaned up. Excellent work! Good man.....pleasant to work with! Reasonable price. Prompt. I would gladly use Steve in the future for this and and other skilled handyman jobs as well, and will recommend him to family and friends.

Steve did a great job on the project. Worked steadily on the job and coordinated timing with the electrician, cabinet maker, floor finishers, granite installers. Most importantly, he made the house liveable for 5 women during the 2-3 months of remodeling. He helped problem solve the unexpected issues and kept us on schedule. He communicated daily on activities and progress. He does thorough and quality work.

I called Steve to inquire about what kinds of "handyman" work he does and to ask him to clear some snow. We set a time for him to stop and introduce himself, and he arrived right on time. I explained my snow removal needs to him. The price he quoted me was very fair, and he agreed to do the work the next day. Again, he arrived right on time. And the work was done very completely. I will definitely use him again. Not only for snow but also for other "handyman" needs. He's punctual, professional, and does quality work.

We are extremely satisfied with his service and will recommend him. We are keeping him at the top of our list for all future projects.
