Rembrandt Landscapes

In all honesty, there were a few times where communication took a bit longer than expected, but the work they performed was top notch. I'm very happy I was recommended their service from a friend. Matt took my small idea and brought it to my yard, he really went above and beyond with the plants and usefulness of the patio. We get tons of compliments whenever we have company over! I can't speak enough about how happy we are with the whole thing. Will gladly recommend Rembrandt Landscapes to anyone looking!

Lets see, where to start.. *after first fall clean up I had a few concerns/complaints. They had missed some trimming and left a rake. (took almost 2 months to pick up their rake.) *after calling and asking them (2 or 3 times, they started to blow off the deck area in the back and were not weed wacking around edges/rocks etc. * I had to remind them numerous times to cut the grass as long as possible to prevent weeds and help with moisture. Additionally asked to bag grass clipping a few times . I was charged $70 each time. *trimmed our new sod short and left the grass clippings in clumps (which left large dead spots.) this was after I had asked the clippings to be bagged. Oh, I was still charged $70. *the original contract also included fertilization and preventive weed care (this was forgotten or missed per Matt.) I would think that he would reply and provide the service ASAP. Nope never happened. I cancelled and hired Rainbow lawn service. They get an A+ The respond time to my calls/complaint were mostly 2 to 3 day and/or only after a second call. Eventually the reply from Matt, "you don't seem happy with our service, I will have the same group of guys and that will not change.." If you want very minimal service that has no room for improvement, overcharges and has poor customer service this is the company for you.
